Laura Beth brings 14 years of property management experience to Alders Prosper, including six years dedicated to active adult communities. Having worked alongside the owners and builders of Alders for the past six years, she takes great pride in creating a community where residents feel genuinely welcomed, connected, and at home. For Laura Beth, it’s the relationships and everyday moments that make a community special. Outside of Alders Prosper, she is a proud wife and mom of two who loves family time, weekends at the family ranch, and hanging out with her dog. She brings that same love of family, connection, and community to the residents she serves each day.

Hi, I’m Esmeralda! As part of the leasing and sales team at Alders Prosper, one of my favorite parts of what I do is helping people find a community where they can truly feel at home. I love getting to know future residents, learning what matters most to them, and helping make their transition to Alders Prosper an exciting and welcoming experience. Outside of work, I’m a wife and proud mama to twin boys. I love spending time with my family, exploring new places, and discovering great food along the way. Hi, I'm Que Bell, the Sales & Residential Coordinator at Alders Prosper. I come from a family of hardworking entrepreneurs with a strong passion for service and community. Growing up, I learned the value of dedication and humility early on, starting with jobs like sweeping floors and cleaning gutters in our family businesses. Those experiences taught me the importance of hard work, gratitude, and serving others. My professional journey began in residential real estate, where I spent several years helping families find places to call home. From there, I transitioned into property management, gaining experience in conventional multifamily housing and building meaningful relationships with residents and teams alike. From the moment I walked through the doors, I knew it was a place I wanted to be a part of. The culture, sense of community, and commitment to excellence made Alders feel like home. Outside of work, I am a proud wife and mother. My family is my greatest blessing and biggest source of inspiration. When I'm not at Alders, you'll likely find me dancing, roller skating, serving in ministry, or spending quality time with my loved ones. I believe that creating community is more than a job. It's a calling. I am passionate about helping residents feel at home, building authentic connections, and making a positive impact everywhere I serve.
